青海—阿斯哈矿区金矿工艺矿物学及金赋存状态研究

摘    要:青海阿斯哈矿区金矿石选矿指标不理想,没有达到预期效果,由于缺乏系统的工艺矿物学研究,无法根据矿石的特点选择合理的选矿工艺,造成该矿石的选矿指标一直没有达到预期效果,严重影响了该矿产资源的有效利用和企业的经济效益,为了合理开发利用该矿产资源,提高选矿回收率。本文通过化学分析、光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜与能谱分析等手段对该矿石进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究,结果表明:硫化型矿石中平均金品位3.5g/t,银品位195.1g/t,氧化型矿石中金品位0.56g/t,银品位为<3g/t。金属矿物主要是黄铁矿和褐铁矿,脉石矿物主要是石英、长石等。金主要有包裹金、裂隙金和晶隙金三种赋存状态。

Abstract:The beneficiation index of gold ore in Qinghai Asha mining area is not ideal and does not achieve the expected effect. Due to the lack of systematic process mineralogy research, it is impossible to select a reasonable beneficiation process according to the characteristics of the ore, resulting in the beneficiation index of the ore has not achieved the expected effect, which has seriously affected the effective utilization of the mineral resources and the economic benefits of the enterprise, In order to reasonably develop and utilize the mineral resources and improve the beneficiation recovery rate. In this paper, the systematic process mineralogy of the ore is studied by means of chemical analysis, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis . The results show that the average gold grade in sulfide ore is 3.5g/t, the silver grade is 195.1g/t, the gold grade in oxidized ore is 0.56g/t, and the Silver grade is < 3g/t. Metal minerals are mainly pyrite and limonite, and gangue minerals are mainly quartz and feldspar. Gold mainly exists in three states: wrapped gold, fissure gold and crystal gap gold.
