摘    要:胞外淀粉酶和胞外蛋白酶是真菌进行胞外消化的主要催化酶,对杏鲍菇的营养吸收具有十分重要的作用。通过向液体培养基和固体培养基中添加腐植酸钠,观察其对杏鲍菇菌胞外酶活性的影响,为杏鲍菇生产提供理论依据。腐植酸钠对杏鲍菇胞外淀粉酶和胞外蛋白酶有显著的促进作用,当培养基中腐植酸钠含量为0.08%时胞外淀粉酶活力达到最高,比对照组提高了287%;当培养基中腐植酸钠含量为0.05%时胞外蛋白酶活力达到最高,比对照组提高了555%。

Effects of Sodium Humate on the Activities of Extracellular-amylase and Extracellular-proteinase of Pleurotus Eryngii

Abstract:Extracellular-amylase and extracellular-protease are the important enzymes for extracellular digestion of fungus, and play important roles in nutrient uptake. By adding sodium humate to liquid and solid medium, the activities of extracellular enzymes of Pleurotus eryngii were investigated. The results showed that sodium humate had signifi cant promotive effect on the activities of extracellular-amylase and extracellular-protease. When the concentration of sodium humate was 0.08% in medium, the activity of extracellular-amylase reached to the top, and was higher by 287% than the control. When the concentration of sodium humate was 0.05%, the activity of extracellular-protease reached to the top, higher by 555% than the control.
