摘    要:中国石油兰州石化公司采用流动床生物膜工艺,对原活性污泥池进行了改造,并进行了工业化试验,对比了新工艺和原工艺排水水质情况。结果表明,在进水量为140~160m^3/h,采用新工艺,出口CODcr质量浓度小于60mg/L,氨氮质量浓度小于10mg/L,石油类化合物质量浓度小于5mg/L,达到GB8978-1996一级排放标准。说明在相同条件下,流动床生物膜工艺要优于活性污泥工艺。

Abstract:The old active sludge pool was revamped by the moving bed biofilm reaction process, the industrial test was conducted and the drain water quality for the new and old processed was compared. The results showed that the mass fraction of CODcr, NH3 - N, oil species in drain water were less than 60,10,5 mg/L respectively, and drain water quality could meet the need of GB 8978-1996. At the same conditions,the moving bed biofilm reaction process was better than the active sludge process.
