笔迹鉴别预处理算法的设计与实现

笔迹鉴别是身份鉴别技术中的一种有效方法.作者深入细致的研究了笔迹鉴别中的各种预处理算法,对其中一些传统的处理方法提出了改进方案,以vc++6.0为开发平台通过大量的实验进行了验证,实验表明提出的算法具有处理效果好、可行性强、速度快等一系列的优点,用63副样本做对比实验,新方法可以提高笔迹鉴别率9%左右,其在笔迹鉴别、车辆识别、地理信息系统等图像处理领域都有较好的应用价值.
