H2O2氧化铜锌合金粉的研究

摘    要:研究了以双氧水(H2O2)为氧化剂,对铜锌合金粉进行氧化处理,通过氧化提高粉体表面的平整度,达到提高铜锌合金粉光泽度的目的,并讨论了反应时间和H2O2用量对光泽度提高的影响,得出氧化反应的最佳条件:在30℃恒温水浴下,铜锌合金粉与30%H2O2用量比为10克:8mL,反应时间以1h为宜,该条件下光泽度提高了25%。

Abstract:By using H2O2 as oxidants, yellow brass flakes were oxidated. Through oxidation, the surface of flakes becomes smooth, which can improve brightness of gold powder. We also discussed effects of reaction time and dosage of H2O2. It was found that under the best conditions, using 10 g yellow brass flakes and 8 mL 30 % H2O2, 1 hour reaction time, the brightness of oxidiziny yellow brass condition be increased by 25 % .
