稀土催化剂顺式聚丁二烯橡胶

摘    要:稀土催化剂顺式聚丁二烯橡胶(NdBR)不仅顺式1,4 结构含量(>97%)高于镍顺丁橡胶(NiBR)(约95%),而且具有较高的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、回弹、抗湿滑性,以及较低的生热和滚动阻力。这些性能对制造绿色轮胎十分有用。实验结果还表明,新癸酸钕催化体系更有特点。

Abstract:Cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubbers were synthesized with rare-earth catalyst systems (NdBR), such as Neodymium naphthenate, and Neodymium caprate. The properties including stress-strain, rebound, heat build-up, wet-skid and rolling resistance, as well as abrasion were studied, and compared with NiBR polymerized with nickel catalyst system. The results showed that NdBR had higher cis-1,4-content(>97%)than NiBR(95%). Besides, NdBR possessed higher tensile strength, rebound as well as wet skid resistance, but lower heat build-up and rolling resistance, which was better than that of NiBR. These properties would be very useful for making the green tire. The results also showed that NdBR with Nd-caprate catalyst was superior to that one with Nd-naphthenate.
