基于有限元法的单、双通道振动筛筛体动态特性分析

摘    要:对单、双通道振动筛进行了动态特性分析。建立了单、双通道振动筛的实体模型,利用有限元方法,计算了筛体结构的固有频率、固有振型和结构的动力响应,讨论了筛体的动应力和变形。分析结果表明双通道振动筛的动态特性明显优于单通道振动筛,为筛分机械的大型化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Has analyzed the dynamic characteristic of single - pass and double - pass vibrating screen. The solid models have been built and the natural frequency and the natural mode and the dynamic response of vibrating screen have been calculated by finite element method. The dynamic stress and deformation have also been discussed. The result shows that the dynamic characteristic of double - pass vibrating screen is superior to the single - pass vibrating screen. Proposes the theoretical basis for the design of large - sized riddle machine.
