| 摘 要： | 目前比例阀测试的方法比较多，所需的测试仪器繁多复杂。LabVIEW虚拟仪器图形编程语言可组建虚拟比例阀测试系统，利用“软件就是仪器”的技术方法，减少了硬件设备、同样实现了比例阀的静动态测试，具有数据采集、处理、动态曲线实时显示、打印和数据保存等功能，用PCL－818L作为数据采集卡，VC＋＋编写的DDL实现了和LabVIEW的连接，为高效开发测试系统提供了新途径。

| Abstract: | There are some methods of proportional valve test, which need many elaborate test instruments. It is achievable for the virtual proportional valve lest system based on LabVIEW, adopting new technique that the software is the instrument , while the hard instruments can be decreased. It can test the static and dynamic property of proportional valve and offer the desired functions: data acquisition, data processing, displaying real - lime curves, storing data, printing and so on. It makes use of PCL - 818L as data acquisition card, and connects with LabVIEW by DDL programmed by VC+ + , which sets up a new approach for developing efficiently test system.. |
