摘    要:铌镁酸铅Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3类铁电陶瓷是一种高介电、高稳定性的介质材料,在微电子和光电子领域有着广泛的应用.针对PMN铁电陶瓷存在烧结温度过高、居里温度较低等缺陷问题,分别介绍了稀土、碱土、过渡金属等掺杂对PMN铁电陶瓷介电性能、烧结温度及微观结构等的影响.对不同掺杂体系所起的作用作了比较,并探讨了各自的掺杂机制和特点.最后展望了PMN铁电陶瓷掺杂改性的研究与发展方向.

Abstract:Lead Magnesium Niobate(PMN)-typed ferroelectric ceramics belong to medium materials withvery high dielectric constant and high stability,which have broad applications in microelectronics and photoelectron ar-eas.Aiming at some defects existing in PMN ferroelectric ceramics,such as excessive sintering temperature and lowercurie temperature,this paper gives an introduction to various kinds of dopings,such as rare earth,alkaline earth andtransition metal,which have effects on dielectric properties,sintering temperature and microstructure of PMN-typedferroelectric ceramics.Functions of different doping systems are compared,and their doping mechanism and propertiesare presented.Moreover,the research and development tendency of doping modification of PMN-typed ferroelectric ce-ramics are predicted.
