| 摘 要： | 炉衬耐火材料的损坏与热负载引起的温度热应力有关，炉衬温度场是求解其热应力的基础，由于结构上的原因，用实测的方法很难得到炉衬的温度场。应用有限元数值计算软件，对转炉炉衬的温度场进行了数值模拟，仿真结果对进一步分析炉衬材料的热应力提供了坚实的理论基础。

| Abstract: | Theruinofrefractoryofliningrelatestothermal-stressthatheatloadproduces. Obtainingliningtemperaturefieldisthefoundation for getting thermal-stress. Thanks to structural cause, getting temperature field of lining is relatively difficulty with using measured method. With help of FEM, temperature field of lining can been obtained through numericalsimulation. The result supplies substantialtheoretical basis for further analysis thermal-stress of lining. |
