面向并行工程的产品设计综合评价的系统研究

摘    要:产品设计综合评价是实施并行设计的关键技术之一.文章基于产品设计综合评价的系统模型,论述了系统的体系结构、构成和主要功能模块,以实现在产品设计的不同阶段、不同层次上对产品设计进行多角度的评价,以辅助设计决策人员作出决策.并针对方案评价的体系结构和实施进行了深入的讨论.最后以减速器设计方案评价为例,在PC环境下进行了功能实现.该系统为实现面向产品整个生命周期的并行产品开发提供了强有力的支持.

Abstract:Product design synthetic evaluation is one of critical techniques in concurrent design process. Based on the synthetic assessment model,The global structure and the main function module are disserted to support multi_level and multi_aspect evaluation at different phases of product design and to help decision-makers make reasonable decisions. The structure and application of conceptual evaluation are studied in detail. Based on the conceptual evaluation of gearbox design, a design evaluation system is implemented in the environment of PC . The system provides condition for concurrent product development for product whole life.
