高砷高锑难浸金矿石的碱性水化学预氧化-氰化浸金工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了高砷、高锑难浸金矿石的成分、工艺矿物学特征,碱性(NaOH)水化学预氧化—氰化浸金工艺,考察了碱性水化学预氧化—氰化浸金工艺对影响金浸出的褚因素,探讨了矿石成分的改变及金难浸的原因。结果表明,矿石用碱(NaOH)水化学预氧化后,成分及工艺矿物性质发生了显著变化,矿渣以脉石矿物为主,硫化矿物少量,金浸出率达91.56%。

Abstract:Mineral components and technological mineralogy characteristics of refractory gold ore (containing) arsentic and stibium, process of alkaline aqueous chemical pre-oxidation-cyanide leaching gold are introduced. Affections of some factors on gold leaching are examined. Changes of ore (components) and the causes of gold difficultly leached are also described. The results show that when the ore is oxidized with mixed oxidant in sodium hydroxide solution,its components and technological mineralogy characteristics change markedly. Domination minerals in leaching residue are gangue (minerals), and sulfides are few. Gold leaching is 91.56%.
