摘    要:作为理论预测的新材料,氮化碳可能具有优异的力学、电学和光学性能,其合成和性能的研究引起了各国研究人员的广泛关注,已合成了具有独特性能的氮化碳.其高硬度、低摩擦系数、良好的耐磨性、较好的光学性质等对氮化碳在广阔领域里的应用提供了坚实的基础.总结了氮化碳材料的结构和合成,尤其是性能的研究进展.

Abstract:Carbon nitride materials predicted by theoretic calculating may have excellent properties in mechanics,electricity and photics. The research on syntheses and properties of carbon nitride materials is interesting for scholars from different countries. Carbon nitride materials with particular properties has been synthesized. The properties such as high hardness, low friction coefficient, excellent wearability and photics properties, can provide the profound foundation for the application of carbon nitride materials in many fields. This work reviews the research on structure and syntheses,and especially on properties of carbon nitride materials in the past years.
