关于高职院校提升核心竞争力的对策探讨

当前,关于核心竞争力理论的研究从企业领域延伸到高职院校,高职院校实现又好又快的发展离不开核心竞争力的提升.文章首先对高职院校核心竞争力的内涵进行了界定,然后分析了高职院校核心竞争力包括“三要素”,即：管理能力、技术能力和文化力,针对这三个要素着重探讨了提高高职院校核心竞争力的对策：多措并举,优化管理能力;数管齐下,培养技术能力;以人为本,打造文化力,以期能从不同角度提升高职院校的核心竞争力.

Countermeasures for enhancing core competitiveness in higher vocational colleges

At present, the research on core competitiveness theories extends from the enterprises to the higher vocational colleges. To achieve rapid development in higher vocational colleges cannot be separated from the enhancing of the core competitiveness. This paper first defines the connotation of the core competitiveness in higher vocational colleges, and then analyzes the core competitiveness which includes ＂three elements＂ namely, management ability, technical skills and cultural strength. The countermeasures are emphatically put forward： management ability optimization with various measures; technical ability training with many methods and people-oriented culture building, hoping to enhance the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges from different angles.
