| 摘 要： | 喀什北区块阿克莫木气田属山前高陡构造,钻井过程中事故频发.已完钻的4口邻井,在施工中遇到了因井漏和盐膏层蠕变引起的卡钻与套管变形等多起事故.针对该区块地层特点,研发了一套适合喀什山前高陡构造盐膏层安全钻井的欠饱和盐水钻井液体系.并针对喀什北区块浅层西域组和阿图什组的砾岩层和白垩系下统克孜勒苏群气层顶部的井漏问题,进行了薄弱地层防漏堵漏工艺研究,有效解决了钻井液严重漏失及盐膏层安全施工难题,所应用的阿克101井和阿克5井,各项钻井指标均居该区块之首.
