摘    要:气湿反转剂通过改变低渗凝析油气藏近井地带的润湿性,将液润湿转变为气润湿,能够有效解决油气藏的水锁危害.将多巴胺接枝到以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯和丙烯酸为单体合成的含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物中,得到了一种具有强黏附性的气湿反转剂.通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱、紫外可见光谱分析,证实了多巴胺确实引入到了合成的合氟丙烯酸酯聚合物中.接触角测量结果表明,该气湿反转剂能够有效地将岩心的润湿性由液湿改变为气湿.通过岩心自发渗吸实验发现,在气/水体系和油/气体系中,经该气湿反转剂处理后,岩心中液体的饱和度分别由处理前的59%和50.9%降到了38.9%和48.1%.岩心耐冲刷性实验结果表明,经该气湿反转剂处理的岩心表面耐冲刷性好.

Abstract:Gas-wetting agent can be used to change from liquid-wetting to gas-wetting to remove water blockage. In this paper, the fluorinated acrylate polymer is synthesized with the fluoromonomer and acrylic acid, and the dopamine is grafted into the acrylate polymers, then the gas-wetting alteration agent with strong adhesion performance is obtained.
