巴什托背斜石炭系地层井壁失稳机理及控制技术

摘    要:新疆巴楚地区巴什托背斜构造地层十分复杂,在钻进过程中喷、塌、卡、漏等复杂情况交互出现,其中石炭系地层井壁失稳表现尤为突出,且采用的高密度(1.90~2.15 g/cm3)钻井液体系维护难度大,更增加了井壁失稳的风险.从地质力学因素、物理化学因素2方面分析了石炭系地层井壁失稳的机理,选用了KCI/聚磺-聚合醇钻井液体系及相应的技术措施,使平均井径扩大率控制在2.55%左右,较好地满足了该地区井壁稳定的要求.

Abstract:The formation of Bashituo anticline is very complicated,the most difficult is borehole instability in Carboniferous system,and the mud density is up to 1.90-2.15 g/cm3,which leads more risk of borehole instability.This paper focuses on the mechanism of borehole instability,and analyses it from two aspects of geo-mechanics and physical chemistry.The KCI/polysulfonate-polyglycol drilling fluid system was applied successfully to control the enlargement within 2.55%.
