| 摘 要： | 对"人机料法环"五个影响铁道隧道工程质量的基本要素进行了分析,提出了监理工程师在铁路隧道监理过程中正确的监理方法,指出铁路隧道工程施工质量监理需要把握住每道工序的关键点,方可保证工程的施工质量。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes five basic factors influencing railway tunnel engineering quality including ＂employee, machine, material, construction methods and environment＂, and puts forward correct railway tunnel supervision methods, and points out critical points of railway tunnel engi- neering construction quality management, so as to guarantee the engineering construction quality. |
