| 摘 要： | 根据我国高层房屋建筑施工技术的特点,并结合多年的房屋建设施工经验,对高层房屋建筑的施工技术要点进行了介绍,总结了提高其技术水平的相关策略,指出在实际工程中,要在保证工程质量的前提下降低工程成本,以促进高层房屋建筑水平的提升。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of China’s high-rise building construction technology,and combining with many years construction ex-perience of housing construction,introduced the construction technology key points of high-rise housing building,summarized relative strategies to improve the technology level,pointed out that in actual engineering,should reduce the project cost in premise of ensuring the project quality,in order to promote the enhancement of high-rise housing building. |
