| 摘 要： | 对膜材预张力无损检测系统的基本原理进行了分析,并利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对不同尺寸的膜材模型进行了探讨,得到了测量系统盒体的理想尺寸比例关系,同时简要叙述了膜材预张力无损检测系统的测量原理,进一步验证了无损检测系统的可行性。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes basic principles of nondestructive examination system of membrane pre-tension, explores the membrane models with various sizes by applying large-scale finite element software, and obtains ideal size relationship of measurement system box, and simultaneously describes the measurement principles of nondestructive examination system of membrane pre-tension, which further improves the feasibility of non-destructive examination system. |
