| 摘 要： | 根据平遥县某居民新区3号住宅楼的工程实例,从脚手架的体系选择,搭设工艺流程,检查验收,拆除措施等方面进行了论述,提出了该脚手架在结构围护和二次装修两个阶段使用的方法,实践证明,采用悬挑外架施工方案达到了提高工效,保证高空作业安全,实现文明施工的效果。

| Abstract: | According to new Pingyao community No. 3 residential building engineering example, the paper discusses the scaffold system selection, erection technology procedures, examination and acceptance, and dismantle measures, and puts forward scaffold maintenance and secondary decoration methods. Practice proves that： applying cantilever construction scheme can improving construction efficiency, guarantee high working security, and realize civilized construction effect. |
