| Abstract: | The paper explores the reasons for the settlement risks of the construction projects, analyzes the measures to avoid these risks effectively in the projects, including the identification of the contract contents, avoidance of the settlement audit risks, and the certification, so as to adopt the scientific method to control the engineering settlement and avoid the engineering settlement risks. |
