| 摘 要： | 通过对比分析采用传统抗震方法设计的建筑结构与基础设有隔震体系的建筑结构,指出了基础隔震体系的优势,并对国内外多种基础隔震技术的发展与应用现状进行了研究,得出复合隔震体系具有推广应用价值的结论。

| Abstract: | According to the comparison and analysis of the buildings with the traditional anti-seismic method design and the one with base-isolation system, the paper points out the advantages of the latter one, researches the development and the application of the various base-isolation systems at home and abroad, and concludes the system has broad development in future. |
