特高压钢管塔横担吊装工具的研制

摘    要:针对某1 000 kV特高压塔双回路特高压交流输电工程中吊装存在的问题进行了研究,针对该施工难题,开发研制出特高压钢管塔横担吊装工具——人字辅助抱杆进行该工程的铁塔横担吊装工作,解决了在现场施工地形受到限制时,铁塔组立施工中上层横担及地线支架就位组装其重心点会远离塔身中心,从而导致偏拉绳(控制绳)的拉力较大的问题。

Abstract:This paper made research according to the existed problems of a 1 000 kV ultrahigh voltage tower double circuit ultrahigh voltage transmission project, in view of construction problems, development of ultrahigh voltage steel tube tower cross arm hoisting tools-herringbone auxiliary pole to make steel tower cross arm hoisting work of this engineering, solved the problems with greater tension caused by gravity away from the tower gravity of upper cross arm and ground line support in site assembling in tower combination construction, limited by site construction terrain.
