| 摘 要： | 本文研究了醇提法、微波法、超声波法从桑叶中提取总黄酮的工艺。通过正交实验研究了最佳提取条件。结果表明：桑叶中总黄酮类物质的最佳提取工艺件是60％乙醇，料液比1：30，超声提取35min，超声温度40℃，回流1h。 |
