含羟基二硫代氨基甲酸衍生物在菜籽油中的摩擦学性能

摘    要: 合成了2-乙羟基-吗啡啉二硫代氨基甲酸酯(HMCT)和2-乙羟基-二正丁胺基二硫代氨基甲酸酯(HDCT)两种添加剂。考察了HMCT和HDCT在菜籽油中的油溶性、抗腐蚀性能和摩擦学性能。结果表明,菜籽油对这两种添加剂具有良好的感受性,能显著提高菜籽油的最大无卡咬负荷,可有效提高菜籽油的摩擦学性能。含有吗啡啉结构的HMCT抗磨性能优于含有二正丁胺基结构的HDCT,两种添加剂的减摩性能相当。

Abstract:Two kinds of ashless and non-phosphorus additives, hydroxyl-containing dithiocarbamate derivatives (HMCT and HDCT) were prepared. The oil solubility, corrosion resistance performance and tribological behaviors of these two additives in rapeseed oil were investigated. Results showed that rapeseed oil exhibited good sensitivity to these two additives; the tribological properties of rapeseed oil, such as antiwear and friction reducing properties, load-carrying capacity were improved significantly. However, the antiwear performance of HMCT was better than that of HDCT, their friction reducing properties were similar.
