| 摘 要： | 研究了用高介电常数介质谐振器设计滤波器的方法和制造工艺，分析了影响谐振器持入衰耗的主要因素。在陶瓷基片上形成电容耦合，制造了四级式低损介质谐振器滤波器。滤波器测量结果表明，能满足设计要求。

| Abstract: | The Study of the designing method and making technology of the coaxial resonators filter of high dielectric constant.The main factors which effect insertion of filters are analyzed.The designing filter is a bandpass filter consisting of four high Q value dielectric coaxial resonators.They were coupled to each other through capacitors on the dielectric substrate.The results of testing samples reveal that their electric properties meet designing demands. |
