摘    要:为了降低磁轴承的制造成本,提高可靠性和系统结构的紧密性,在介绍自检测磁悬浮轴承的位置自检测原理及结构的基础上,向线性功放的输入端加入一个高频信号进行调幅,然后让磁轴承线圈两端的电压经过谐振电路提取包含转子位移信息的高频电压信号并进行解调。将解调信号经过精密整流后,可得到一个脉动的直流电压信号,最后通过低通滤波就可得到反映转子位移的平滑直流电压信号。将该信号可作为反馈信号来控制磁轴承的转子位置。仿真结果表明:该自检测磁悬浮轴承系统可以成功检测转子位移。

Abstract:To reduce the cost and increase the reliability and the constructure tightness of the AMBs(active magnetic bearings),the self-sensing principle of self-sensing active magnetic bearings(SSAMBs) is introduced,and a self-sensing configuration based on the current amplitude modulation is explored.A high-frequency signal is added to the input of linear power amplifier for amplitude modulation,and then the coil voltage is let to go through the syntony circuit to extract the high-frequency voltage signal containing the displacement signal and perform demodulation.After commutating the demodulated voltage signal,the pulsed DC voltage signal is obtained.Finally,through the lowpass filter,the smooth DC voltage signal reflecting the rotor displacement is obtained.This signal is converted to feedback signal to control the rotor position.Simulations are carried out,and the results show that the system is successful in sensing the rotor position.
