线材轧机导卫装置新材料的研制

摘    要:根据线材轧机导卫装置的服役条件与失败特点,采用铬、镍、钨多元合金化,研制出新型耐热高强线材轧机导卫装置。装机试验表明,新型耐热高强线材轧机导卫装置较同类产品寿命提高20%,获得显著经济效益。

Abstract:Using alloying technique, with chromium tungsten nickel mutiple elements, a new type of heat resistant high strength material has been developed to make the wire stock rolling mills deflector, considering the service conditions and inactivation characters. The operating experiments showed that the using period of deflectors made with the new material increased 20 percent compared with the same kind of products. It made remarkable economic benefit.
