高挥发分1/3焦煤参与配煤炼焦试验研究

摘    要:将黏结指数70~75的蒋庄矿1/3焦煤与黄陵气煤及田庄矿1/3焦煤进行了工业指标、煤岩组分及单种煤成焦显微结构分析。结果表明:蒋庄矿1/3焦煤变质程度低、挥发分高,成焦显微结构含有大量的各向同性结构,其煤质显示气煤特征。利用蒋庄矿1/3焦煤与黄陵气煤参与配煤炼焦,并对配煤质量和焦炭结构性能进行了研究比较。研究表明,蒋庄矿1/3焦煤与黄陵气煤对焦炭质量的影响较一致,当其配比较低时,焦炭质量较优,但当其配比按常规1/3焦煤比例配用时,焦炭质量劣化明显,进一步表明蒋庄矿1/3焦煤按气煤配用更为合理。
