深部松软破碎煤层巷道锚网索支护技术研究

摘    要:根据锚网索耦合支护设计步序,对南屯煤矿93上01工作面巷道支护变形破坏比较严重问题进行了分析,认为该巷道围岩为高应力节理化复合型软岩(HJ型),并提出了具体白乜复合型变形力学机制转化对策设计,在对该巷道掘进位置及断面形状进行过程优化设计后,确定了具体的耦合支护参数。现场实际施工观测及回采期间巷道使用情况表明,锚网索耦合支护技术可以有效控制该类巷道围岩的稳定。

Abstract:According to the coupling support design with bolt, mesh and anchor, the paper first analyzed the support failure issues in the gateways of 93 (up)01 coal mining face of Nantun Mine. The paper hold that the surrounding rocks of the gateways were high stressed joint complex soft rock. The paper provided the detailed countermeasure design for the complex deformation mechanism convention. After the optimization of the location and cross section profile of the gateway, the paper settled the detailed coupling support parameters. The field construction observation and measurements and the application of the gateways for coal mining showed the coupling support technology with bolt, mesh and anchor can effectively control the stability of the surrounding rock of the gateways.
