多轴机床铣头新型自动松拉刀结构设计研究

摘    要:多轴机床是指超过3个运动自由度的机床,多轴机床的代表是五轴联动机床。五轴联动机床提高了机床的自动化水平、加工领域和工作效率,扩大了机床的加工范围和使用范围,同时提高了机床的使用价值。文中对五轴联动数控机床铣头部件-自动松拉刀结构进行了分析研究,对松刀和拉刀动作的运动进行了分析,分析了在切削加工中刀具锁紧的机理。

Abstract:Multi-Axis machine is a machine whose axis is more than three axes, the representation of multi-axis machine is five-axis NC machine tools. It can improve the level of automation and increase the efficiency. The clamping and releasing system is the key in the milling-head of five-axis NC machine tools a new clamping and releasing system has been designed in this paper. The movement of clamping and Releasing automatically is analyzed. The principle of clamping is researched.
