| 摘 要： | 输煤系统在输送煤料经过各级皮带转运时因皮带之间的落差会产生大量的煤尘,除了安装于各转运站的除尘器设备外,还有分布在各个落煤管附近的皮带水喷雾装置,用于抑制煤尘的扩散。PLC控制的自动喷雾系统可极大地提高水喷雾系统的效率,大大减轻工作人员工作量和清洗费用,为公司节约生产成本。

| Abstract: | Large amounts of coal dust will be produced because of the belts head when the coal conveying system transport coal material through all levels of belt, in addition to the dust remover equipments installed in the transfer station and the water spray device distributed near various coal drop pipe belt near in order to depress the diffusion of coal dust. The automatic spray system of PLC control can greatly improve the efficiency of the water spray system, reduce the staff workload and cleaning cost, and also save the cost of production. |
