高速切换开关技术在高速数据采集电路中的应用

摘    要:介绍了高速CMOS总线切换开关技术在高速数据采集电路中的应用,并给出了以51系列单片机作为控制器的应用电路。在此电路中采用了高速CMOS总线切换开关QS3383和高速SRAM W24257AJ-8n。高速CMOS总线切换开关的低导通电阻特性,使QS3383的输入到输出没有附加的传播延迟,两片32M高速SRAM W24257AJ-8n同五片高速CMOS总线切换开关QS3383组成了双32M双端口存储器,这种特性使得电路可以实现对信号数据的高速采集和处理的同步进行。此项技术的应用主要解决了在高速数据采集过程中数据连续采集和数据实时处理的问题。

Abstract:The technology of high speed COMS bus exchange switch used in high-speed data acquisition circuit is talked abut in this article, and the high-speed data sample circuit controlled by micro-controller is also given in this paper. Quickswitch COMS bus exchange switch QS3383 and high speed SRAM W24257AJ-8n are used in this circuit, the low ON resistance of the QS3383 allows the signal from inputs to outputs without adding propagation delay, dual 32M fast dual port memory module are consisted by two W24257AJ-8n and five QS3383. These features makes signal data can be high-ly speed sampled and processed in the same time. The technology mainly solve the problem that the real-time data sample and process without losing signal data in high speed data acquisition system.
