基于Profibus-DP的电动执行器通信模块的开发

摘    要:以模块化的设计思想为指导,采用西门子专用协议芯片SPC3和双口RAM,为某电动执行器的变频控制器设计开发了高速智能Profibus-DP通信模块,将变频控制器作为从站接入Profibus总线,实现现场总线的运动控制系统.实验结果表明,运用该模块可以实现Profibus-DP主从站之间的高速并行数据通信,而且主站的可靠性和通用性较好.

Abstract:Under the guidance design concept,adopting a Siemens special protocol chip SPC3 and a DPRAM to design and develop a high-speed and intelligent Profibus-DP communication interface board for the frequency controller of an electrical actuator,which can make it as a slave station connect to Profibus-DP,achieve fieldbus motion control.It was proved that the frequency controller with this board can achieve reliable high-speed communication with main station.The commonality of this board is very good.
