球化剂对固体渗硼的复合催渗

摘    要:本文介绍了球化剂对固体渗硼的催渗作用。实验结果表明,在固体渗硼剂中加入适量的球化剂,可以显著提高渗硼速度。使渗层加深,过渡层加厚,硬度梯度变缓,脆性有所改善。分析认为,农业机械中有较多的承受摩擦磨损或磨粒磨损而受冲击较小的工件,更宜进行渗硼处理,若用球化剂复合催渗则可获得更好的技术经济效果。

COMPOUND ENERGIZING EFFECT OF GLOBING AGENT ON PACK BORIDING

Abstract:In this paper, compound energizing effect of globing agent onpack boriding is studied. The experimental results show that a suitable content ofglobing agent in pack boriding agent can notably increace the diffusing rate andthe thickness of boriding layer and transition layer, and there is a more gentlehardness step and lower brittleness. According to the analyses, many workpiecesof agricuitural machine, which not only bear, friction or grain rubbing but alsoare slightly bumped during work, are suitable for boriding method. And the com-mpound energizing effect of globing agent on pack boriding can also gain theor economic benefit.
