摘    要:研究了加硼后对薄板坯连铸连轧(TSCR)流程生产的SPHC热轧钢带力学性能的影响,发现加B后热轧钢带在线检测的平均屈服强度为284 MPa,经48 h时效后,屈服强度降低至248 MPa,冷轧开卷前屈服强度降低至230 MPa,在相同生产工艺条件下加B后屈服强度降低约40 MPa.

Abstract:The effects of boron micro-alloying on mechanical properties of SPHC(Steel Plate Heat Commercial) steel produced by thin slab casting and rolling(TSCR) line were investigated.The results showed that the on-line measured average yield strength of boron-bearing hot strips was 284 MPa,and reduced to 248 MPa and 230 MPa respectively after 48 h aging and before cold rolling.Thus under the same production conditions,the yield strength of boronbearing steel is about 40 MPa less than that of B-free steel.
