太西洗煤厂二分区细粒精煤分选工艺探讨

摘    要:大直径重介质旋流器分选下限偏高导致细粒精煤灰分过高,浮选柱分选上限偏低致使部分细粒精煤损失严重,影响精煤产率。为稳定产品指标,提高精煤产率,探索了太西洗煤厂二分区细粒精煤的回收处理工艺和设备。

Abstract:the separation low limit of large diameter dense medium cyclone on the high side that result in high ash content in fine clean coal,and the separation upper limit of flotation column on the low side that leading to the lost of clean coal,which both reducing the clean coal yield.To stable the product index and increase the yield of clean coal,the paper researched the processing and recovery technology in No.2 branch of Taixi coal preparation plant.
