霍州煤电集团李雅庄矿选煤厂技术改造

摘    要:随着霍州煤电集团公司煤矿资源整合工作的推进及矿井生产能力的加大,为适应新形势的需要,集团公司决定对李雅庄矿选煤厂进行技术改造,以提高原煤处理能力。技术改造完成后李雅庄矿选煤厂生产能力将达到3.30 Mt/a,>50 mm粒级原煤采用重介浅槽预先排矸,50~0.3mm粒级原煤采用双给介无压三产品重介旋流器分选,经初步估算,改造后该厂经济效益和社会效益显著。

Abstract:With the promoting of coal resource integration and increasing of production capacity at Huozhou coal electricity group Co.,Ltd.,in order to adapt the demands of the new situation,the group company decided to made the technological renovation at Liyazhuang coal preparation plant to increase the raw coal processing capacity.after the completion of the technological renovation,the processing capacity at Liyazhuang coal preparation will increased to 3.30 Mt/a.The >50 mm raw coal separated with dense medium shallow bath separator and the 50-0.3 mm size fraction raw coal separated with double medium feeding gravity-fed three product dense medium cyclone.Preliminary estimate shows that after the renovation the plant will obtained significant economic and social benefits.
