动力煤深度洗选加工的研究

摘    要:针对目前浅槽重介和动筛跳汰分选方法对动力煤分选深度有限的问题,提出了采用新型三产品重介质旋流器分选动力煤中末煤的观点,新型三产品重介质旋流器对原煤煤质变化适应性强,可有效充分回收动力煤资源,降低洗选能耗和基建投资。

Abstract:Aiming at recently the problem of depth separation of power coal was limited by H.M vessel and moving sieve jig,it put forward the idea that the small coal in power coal cleaned by advanced three product heavy medium cyclone.The advanced three product heavy medium cyclone has the better adaptability characteristics for variation of quality of raw coal and can effectively and fully recover power coal resources,also reduce the washing power consumption and infrastructure investment.
