神府煤煤岩组分粉碎解离特性研究

摘    要:文章以神府低变质3-1烟煤为对象,根据镜煤和丝炭粉碎特性的不同,通过粉碎、筛分试验进行初步富集,并用等密度梯度离心法测定产品各密度级产物的产量和解离程度。试验结果表明,CM41型粉碎分级系统对镜质组和惰质组的解离作用优于气流粉碎分级系统。

Abstract:This study choose low-rank Shenfu 3-1 bituminous coals as the testing sample,according to the different crushing liberation characteristics between vitrite group and fusain group,and primary enriched various components by crushing and screening tests,then assayed the yield and degree of dissociation of products with various density level by density gradient centrifugation.The experimental results show that the dissociating effect of vitrite group and fusain group of CM41 comminuting and classification system is better than the airflow comminuting and classification system.
