无核密度仪在沥青混凝土路面施工过程中的应用研究

摘    要:由于具有无损、快速、安全等优点,无核密度仪广泛应用于高速公路施工控制中。在沥青路面施工过程中,使用无核密度仪检测每遍碾压后的压实度,了解初压、复压、终压过程中压实度的实时变化情况,并分析其变化原因,进而优化碾压遍数,得出最佳碾压方案,以指导施工。合理的沥青混凝土路面压实方案,可以提高劳动效率、降低施工成本。

Abstract:Pavement Quality Indicator is widely used in highway construction control, due to its advantages of nondestructive, fast, safe, etc. In the process of asphalt pavement construction, the use of PQI can test the pavement compactness after every compaction. Through the use of PQI, the real-time changes of pavement compactness can be measured, and the reasons for such changes can be analyzed, which can determine the best compaction scheme to guide the pavement construction. The best compaction scheme of asphalt concrete pavement can improve labor efficiency and reduce the construction cost.
