大型循环流化床锅炉受热面防磨防爆分析

摘    要:以首座国产2×300 MW循环流化床(circulating fluidized bed,CFB)锅炉电站投运以来锅炉受热面所发生的典型泄漏事故为例,结合其它已投运的300 MW级CFB锅炉受热面防磨防爆的经验教训,指出300 MW CFB锅炉受热面磨损主要包括水冷壁的磨损及外置床受热面的磨损;分析了造成磨损的原因,并总结CFB锅炉的磨损规律和防护重点部位,提出了切实可行的防护措施和建议。

Abstract:Citing for instance the typical leakage accidents of boiler heating surface since the first domestic power station equipped with two 300 MW circulating fluidized bed (CFB)boilers were put into operation, and combined with the experiences and lessons in abrasion and bursting resistance of heating surface in other 300 MW-level in-service CFB boilers, it is indicated that the heating surface abrasion of 300 MW CFB boiler mainly includes the abrasion of water wall and the heating surface of exterior bed. The reasons for the abrasion are analyzed with the abrasion rule and the critical parts for protection of CFB boiler summarized. Feasible protecting measures and suggestions are presented as well.
