| 摘 要： | 巴西蘑菇深层发酵胞外多糖FP-A-2具有显的抗肿瘤效果，并呈剂量依赖性。化学分析表明FP—A—2为多糖与多肽共价结合的复合体，含有多种氨基酸，含有葡萄糖、甘露糖及木糖，摩尔比为1：2：0．5。

| Abstract: | A potent anti_tumor effect of extracellular polysaccharide of Agaricus blazei, FP_A_2, produced by submerged fermentation,was studied. The effect was dose_dependent. The chemical analysis showed that FP_A_2 was a proteoglycan and contained many kinds of amino acids. It was composed of Glucose , Mannose and Xylose in the molar ratio of 1:2:0.5. |
