| 摘 要： | 商业贿赂属于不正当竞争行为,它是随着商品经济的发展而发展起来的一种经济现象。商业贿赂既不同于一般贿赂行为,也不同于其它不正当竞争行为。文章结合我国实际,提出完善我国关于商业贿赂立法的建议,对治理商业贿赂具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Business bribery belongs to illegal competitive behavior which is a economic phenomenon developed along with the development of commodity economy.It differs from other common bribery activities,it differs from other illegal competitive behaviors as well.The author put forward some suggestions on perfecting our regulations against business bribery. |
