摘    要:研究了小白鼠在常压缺氧和急性脑缺氧条件下使用人参等复方中药功能液对其抗缺氧能力及外周血象中红细胞数量和血红蛋白含量的影响;并研究了提高小白鼠机体抗缺氧作用显效的人参等复方中药功能液最佳剂量和使用最佳时间。结果表明:此人参等复方中药功能液能不同程度地延长小白鼠在缺氧条件下的存活时间及脑存活时间,增加小白鼠血液中的红细胞数量(RBC值)和血红蛋白含量(HGB值),对心、脑功能具有一定的保护作用。用该功能液给小白鼠灌胃,当剂量为0.3mL/天·只,时间为4h时小白鼠的抗缺氧能力最强,并且对小白鼠体重的增长无显著影响。

Abstract:A kind of functional liquid was prepared from the Chinese traditional compound medicine including ginseng,etc.The effects of the functional liquid on the anti-anoxic capability of the mice under the anoxic condition at the normal atmospheric pressure and the condition of the acute brain anoxia in terms of the erythrocyte count and hemoglobin content in the mice body blood hemogram were observed. The best dosage of the liquid and the time dllay for the most effects were experimentally investigated. Results showed that the functional liquid prolongs the body survival time and brain survival time of the mice, increases their erythrocyte count(RBC) and the hemoglobin content(HGB), favors their cardio-cerebral function. The best anti-anoxic effects appear after 4h from pouring the liquid down to mouse stomach at the dosage of 0.3 mL per day. The body masses of the mice fed by the liquid do not change markedly in 30 days.
