MEMS矢量水听器及其方位估计研究

摘    要:水下目标被动侦测对高灵敏、低频检测矢量水听器提出了越来越高的要求,传统的矢量水听器已不能满足需求。基于新原理的矢量水听器的大量研究,提出了一种新的MEMS矢量水听器,介绍了该水听器方位检测原理;设计了方位估计实验方案,完成了实际的方位估计实验。测试结果表明:该水听器角度测试值与真实值基本相符,误差约为2°。

Abstract:In the underwater objects passive detection,high sensitivity,low-frequency vector hydrophone with excellent performance is needed.The traditional vector hydrophone can't match these demands,so much research of vector hydrophone based on new theory is done.A novel MEMS vector hydrophone is presented,the azimuth detection theory of vector hydrophone is introduced.The direction-of-arrival estimation experiment is designed,the experiment is conducted.The test result shows that the test value may agree well with...
