数控机床直线伺服系统智能PI控制的研究

摘    要:将专家系统和单神经元构成的智能PI控制器引入数控机床直线伺服系统速度控制中。该控制器可以根据速度误差、误差的积分和实际速度变化率的负值确定参数的调整规则。采用上述方法后,能显著提高系统的鲁棒性,仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:This paper presented an intelligence PI control for NC machine tool droved by linear servo system, which controller consists of an expert system and nerve cell. The intelligence PI controller can regulate control rules by speed error, error integral and the negative value of rate of actually speed change. The system robustness is strikingly improved. Feasibility of the design method is verified by virtue of computer simulation.
