推钢机气动装置的改进

摘    要:针对天津市无缝钢管厂Φ100mm穿孔机的推钢机存在顶后缸盖、缸杆与活塞联系不牢固等问题,提出了增大缓冲行程长度、采用气垫减撞装置、控制活塞回程速度、加大活塞与缸杆的联接强度等改进措施,较好地解决了推钢机存在的问题,保证了轧管机组正常运行。

Abstract:Following the problems concerning the steel pusher of the Φ100mm piercer located at Tianjin Municipal Seamless Steel Tube Plant, such as hitting against the cylinder back cap and loose linking between the rod and piston, countermeasures were taken to solve the said troubles so as to maintain normal operation of the tube mill. The measures include increasing the buffering stroke, adoption of an air-cushion damping device, controlling of the piston returning speed as well as strenghtening the linkage between piston and the rod.
