| 摘 要： | 油气生产成本中储量有偿使用费占相当的比重，如何合理地计算这笔费用非常重要。认为储量有偿使用费进入成本的目的应是收回全部勘探投资和利息，并进行了具体的计算。对伴随而来的问题，诸如成本的增高，投资回收期过后仍处于经济开采期油气田的储量有偿使用费是否提取以及提取后的用途等，提出了作者的观点和建议。

| Abstract: | Exploration compensated cost of using reserves is a significant part inthe cost of oil and gas production. It is very important to calculate the compensated costreasonably and scientifically. It is suggested that the compensated cost should be includedinto oil gas cost in order to recover all exploration investment as well as its interest. Aconcrete calculation has been done. For the problem of the rising of cost, extracting thecompensated cost from the oil-gas field which is still in economical production periodafter recovering the investment, and the usage of the compensated cost extracted, someviewpoints and proposals are given. |
